Yelp has released its list of the top 100 doughnut shops in the US just in time for National Doughnut Day, with Rocklin Donuts & Cinnamon in Northern California taking the top spot. The family-run shop is known for its warm, freshly frosted cinnamon rolls. Several Bay Area spots also made the list's top 20, including The Jelly Donut, Stan's Donut Shop, Milkbomb Ice Cream, and Marie's Donuts.
Yelp has released its "Top 100 US Donut Shops" list for 2023, with Rocklin Donuts & Cinnamon in California taking the top spot. Marie's Donuts in Sacramento also made the list, coming in at No. 17. Yelp ranked businesses in the doughnuts category based on total volume and ratings of reviews from January 2022 to March 2023. Other California doughnut shops that made the top 10 include JD Flannel Donuts and Coffee, Munchkins Donuts, The Jelly Donuts, Stan's Donut Shop, and Simone's Donuts.
