The collapsed section of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia is set to reopen within two weeks, according to Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro. Crews are working around the clock to build an interim roadway using 2,000 tons of lightweight glass nuggets to fill in the collapsed area.
