Renowned chef and "Top Chef Masters" star Naomi Pomeroy, 49, tragically drowned in a river tubing accident on the Willamette River in Oregon. Pomeroy became trapped underwater by a paddle board leash after her group got caught on an exposed snag. Despite extensive search efforts, her body has not yet been recovered.
