Stein claims that HCA is not providing the quality and consistent emergency and cancer care it committed to deliver. The lawsuit seeks to restore emergency and trauma services and oncology services to the level provided by Mission Hospital before HCA took over. HCA Healthcare denies the allegations and intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit.
