Progress MS-23 successfully launches to resupply International Space Station.

Russia's Progress MS-23 supply ship is set to launch from Kazakhstan to the International Space Station carrying more than 2.7 tons of fuel, food, experiments, and supplies. The cargo mission will also deliver a video system for observing Earth's surface as part of Russia's Uragan experiment, which tracks changes on the planet associated with natural and human-made disasters. The Progress spacecraft also carries a scientific glove box, and equipment for biomedical experiments.

Russian Progress MS-23 successfully docks at ISS for resupply mission.

Russia's Progress MS-23 spacecraft has successfully docked with the International Space Station, delivering over 2,500 kg of cargo, including propellant, drinking water, research equipment, and tools. The spacecraft also carried URM-D, a universal workstation to be installed on the outside of the Zvezda module, and BMSTU-Sail, a free-flying solar sail experiment. The Soyuz-2.1a rocket was used to launch the spacecraft, which is the 23rd flight of the Progress MS vehicle and is expected to remain at the space station until November.
