
Saudi Arabia's First Astronauts, Including First Woman, Rocket to ISS on Private SpaceX Flight
The Axiom Mission 2 space crew, including two Saudi Arabian astronauts, launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida, on a private charter flight to the International Space Station (ISS) on Sunday. The flight marks the first time Saudi Arabians launched into outer space since 1985. The crew is expected to dock at the ISS on Monday and return to Earth within the next two weeks. This is the second private flight to the ISS organized by Houston-based Axiom Space.
