The lack of killer apps and low market demand have also hindered the widespread adoption of 5G services.
SpaceX is collaborating with Cloudflare to enhance the performance of its satellite internet service, Starlink. The partnership aims to expand Starlink's network of mini data centers worldwide, which would result in faster network speeds for customers. Cloudflare's shares rose by 7.2% following the news. Other companies in the satellite-based internet market include Amazon's Kuiper, OneWeb, and Planet. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
