
Nasrin's Kitchen: A Taste of Iran in the Heart of Manhattan
Nasrin's Kitchen, a new Persian restaurant located on the second floor of a Midtown building in New York City, offers a taste of traditional Iranian cuisine. Owner-chef Nasrin Rejali, an Iranian refugee, started hosting pop-ups under the name Nasrin's Kitchen after being encouraged by her community. The menu features dishes like sauteed eggplant, kashk bademjon, Persian noodle soup ash reshteh, and various stews. Rejali sources ingredients from Iran whenever possible and hopes to introduce New Yorkers to the diverse flavors of Persian cuisine. The restaurant is open for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
