General Promoted After Senate Lifts Hold on Afghanistan Withdrawal Leader

Lt. Gen. Chris Donahue, who oversaw the US withdrawal from Afghanistan, has been promoted to a four-star officer after Sen. Markwayne Mullin dropped his hold on the nomination.
