"Florida Restaurants Shine with Michelin Awards"
Streetlight Taco, a South Tampa taqueria, received a Michelin Bib Gourmands award just three months after its opening, making it one of four Florida restaurants to earn the rating. The restaurant was praised for its menu featuring tacos, tostadas, salsas, and sides, with standout dishes including a Sunday snack tostada and a Japanese eggplant taco. The full list of Bib Gourmands winners will be released on April 18.
