The HUR spokesman reported a 70% increase in Russian soldiers considering surrender after the successful operation. However, rumors of a reward for a Russian pilot flying a MiG-31 armed with a Kinzhal missile to Ukraine were dismissed as speculation. The "I Want to Live" project, supported by Ukraine's Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, aims to ensure fair treatment for surrendered military personnel in accordance with the Geneva Conventions.
