Russian missile attack destroys medical facility in central Ukraine.

Russian forces struck a medical facility in the city of Dnipro, central Ukraine, killing at least two people and injuring dozens more. The attack was part of intense shelling that rained over central Ukraine overnight. The clinic is used to treat mentally ill patients and also houses an inpatient treatment facility. Kyiv and its Western allies condemned the Kremlin’s attack on central Ukraine, calling for accountability over the Russian strikes.
