Giant Prehistoric Dinosaur Unearthed in Spain

Paleontologists in Spain have discovered a new dinosaur species, Oblitosaurus bunnueli, which is the largest ornithopod from the Jurassic Period in Europe. The fossils were found in Teruel province and date back around 150 million years. The dinosaur could have reached a length of around 23 feet, making it exceptionally large for its time. The discovery sheds light on the evolutionary history and diversity of ornithopods during the Jurassic. The new species is named in honor of filmmaker Luis Buñuel, and the fossils were previously overlooked at the excavation site.

Stephen Sondheim's Last Musical "Here We Are" to Premiere in New York This Fall.

Stephen Sondheim's long-awaited Luis Buñuel musical, titled "Here We Are," will be staged in New York this fall at The Shed. The musical is inspired by two Buñuel films and features music and lyrics by Sondheim, a book by David Ives, and direction by Joe Mantello.
