Lance Blanks, Former NBA Star and Executive, Passes Away at 56.

Lance Blanks, former NBA player and executive, died at the age of 56. Blanks played for the Detroit Pistons and Minnesota Timberwolves before working in several front offices, including as the general manager for the Phoenix Suns. He also worked briefly as an ESPN analyst with the Longhorn Network. Blanks was inducted into the Longhorns Hall of Honor in 2007.
