
Arizona Dominates AP Top 25 as Vanderbilt Cracks Top 10
Arizona extended its grip on the No. 1 spot in the AP Top 25 with 60 of 61 first‑place votes as undefeated Iowa State rose to No. 2 and UConn moved up to No. 3; Michigan fell to No. 4 and Purdue stayed No. 5. Vanderbilt jumped from 11th to 10th for the program’s first Top 10 appearance since 1993. Virginia climbed to No. 16, while Florida, Clemson, Utah State and Seton Hall entered the rankings at Nos. 19, 22, 23 and 25, respectively, and Iowa, Kansas, SMU and UCF dropped out.
