RI Governor McKee faces backlash over free lunch with lobbyist tied to Philly scandal.

Rhode Island lobbyist Jeff Britt disputes Governor Dan McKee's claim that he was unaware of the presence of Scout Ltd. officials at a free Capital Grille lunch on January 19. Britt says he had cleared with the campaign weeks ahead of time who he was bringing to the lunch and the projects and subjects they would be interested in discussing with the governor.
