Chargers' Denzel Perryman Not Charged in Weapons Case
Chargers linebacker Denzel Perryman was arrested on suspicion of felony weapons possession but will not face charges after the LA County DA's office decided not to pursue prosecution. Perryman was found with five firearms, including two assault-style weapons, during a traffic stop. Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh visited Perryman in jail, describing him as in good spirits and not in trouble before his release. The team is also exploring re-signing veteran wide receiver Keenan Allen, whose workout went well, though negotiations are ongoing.
