Surveillance footage obtained by KTVU sheds light on the deadly shooting of a delivery worker in Oakland's Koreatown. The incident reportedly began as a verbal altercation between two men over a dog, with the delivery worker complimenting the shooter's dog. The situation escalated when the shooter pulled out a firearm and shot the delivery person before fleeing the scene. The victim's identity has not been released by the police. KONO, a nonprofit that works to revitalize Koreatown, has installed a network of surveillance cameras and plans to install more in the future.

Koreatown Robbery Leaves Teen Dead, Suspect at Large.

A 16-year-old passenger was shot and killed in a robbery attempt in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The suspect approached a car with a gun and attempted to rob the driver and passenger. When they refused to hand over their belongings, the suspect shot the passenger in the head. The driver attempted to take the passenger to the hospital but was unsuccessful. The suspect remains at large.
