After a truck carrying rhesus monkeys from Tulane University overturned in Jasper County, most of the 21 monkeys escaped; all but one have been euthanized, and the remaining monkey is still at large. Four people have been taken into custody in connection with a shooting at an after-prom party in Texas that left 11 people injured.
