A 19-year-old teenager died in a head-on crash on I-24 in Rutherford County, Tennessee, after her Nissan Altima crossed over the median and struck another vehicle. The crash closed the westbound side of the interstate and resulted in injuries to the other driver. The interstate reopened to westbound travel after the investigation.
