"US Charges Four in Connection with Smuggling Operation Leading to Navy SEALs' Deaths"
Two Navy SEALs drowned while attempting to board a vessel in the Arabian Sea, which was intercepted by U.S. naval forces carrying suspected Iranian-made missile components.
