"US Charges Four in Connection with Smuggling Operation Leading to Navy SEALs' Deaths"

Two Navy SEALs drowned while attempting to board a vessel in the Arabian Sea, which was intercepted by U.S. naval forces carrying suspected Iranian-made missile components. Four foreign nationals on board were charged with smuggling, while material witness warrants were issued for 10 crew members.
