Inmate's Horrific Assault: Boiling Water, Beating, and Rape
A prisoner at HMP Winchester has been sentenced to 12 years in jail for pouring boiling water over a vulnerable fellow inmate, then beating and raping him. The attacker, Robert Reynolds, threw boiling water from a kettle at the victim, causing burns to his back and face, before physically assaulting and sexually assaulting him. The victim, who has since been released from prison, continues to suffer from the physical and mental impact of the attack.
