Renee Nicole Good’s death in Minneapolis during an ICE confrontation sparked a large weekend of anti-ICE demonstrations nationwide, with tens of thousands rallying in major cities. The ICE Out for Good coalition, led largely by Indivisible, organized more than 1,000 events calling for accountability and an end to ICE violence. Protests included clashes and multiple arrests in places like Los Angeles and Austin as activists urged systemic change and policymakers weighed in on immigration enforcement.
Indivisible has experienced rapid growth since the 2016 election and is organizing large-scale protests called 'No Kings' on October 18, expected to surpass previous demonstrations with over 2,000 rallies planned nationwide, as a response to political conflicts and government issues.
Leftwing political movement Indivisible has launched a campaign to unseat 18 Republican members of the House of Representatives from districts that Joe Biden won in the 2020 election. The “Unrepresentatives” initiative is based on the premise that these 18 districts will determine if Republicans maintain control of the US lower chamber next year. The Republicans in these districts are not moderates and vote in line with Marjorie Taylor Greene and the Maga wing of the party about 95% of the time. Indivisible is coordinating groups in the battleground districts across eight states and supporting them with training, media training and public relations help, and funding for billboards and ads, props and costumes.
