Photojournalists from The Everyday Projects captured images of heat relief strategies around the world, including a makeshift swimming pool in a working-class neighborhood in Cairo, where children can cool off for a small fee; and the use of umbrellas in the Goma countryside of the Democratic Republic of Congo, where they are given to women to protect themselves and their babies from the sun.
