H Mart is set to open its largest food court in New York City at its Long Island City supermarket, with several stalls opening in April and more vendors to follow in the summer. Meanwhile, a popular vegan restaurant known for its mushroom dishes has rebranded and expanded, and a number of restaurants, including a vegan spot in Bushwick and a Filipino restaurant on the Upper East Side, have announced closures in the final weeks of 2023 and the beginning of the new year.
