Located in Greenwich, the waterfront estate known as Copper Beech Farm spans over 50 acres and features a main house, several other buildings, walled gardens, a swimming pool, a grass tennis court, and two private beaches. The property, originally built in 1898, boasts eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and has been meticulously restored over the years. The buyer's identity remains unknown. This sale surpasses the previous record set in 2014 when the property was sold for $120 million, making it the most expensive home ever sold in the United States at that time.
