Copper Beech Farm, a historic estate in Greenwich, Connecticut, has sold for nearly $139 million, setting a record for the highest home sale in the state. The property, which spans 50 acres of waterfront land, features a 13,500-square-foot mansion, a three-bedroom gatehouse, a two-bedroom carriage house, a swimming pool, a grass tennis court, an apple orchard, and two private beaches along Long Island Sound. The buyer and seller have not been disclosed, but the seller is reportedly a limited liability company linked to Bridgewater Associates, the hedge fund founded by billionaire Ray Dalio.
