
Woman Seriously Injured by Bison Attack at Yellowstone National Park
A woman from Phoenix was seriously injured after being gored by a bison at Yellowstone National Park. The incident occurred when the woman and another person encountered two bison near Lake Lodge Cabins and attempted to walk away. The woman was airlifted to a nearby medical center, and her current condition is unknown. Yellowstone National Park officials remind visitors to maintain a safe distance of at least 25 yards from large animals and to exercise extra caution during mating season.
