Dangote Launches $20B Refinery to Revitalize Nigeria's Oil Industry.

Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote, has launched a $20 billion refinery in Nigeria, which aims to produce up to 53 million liters of gasoline per day, as well as 4 million liters of diesel and 2 million liters of aviation jet fuel daily. The refinery, which is the largest in the world, is expected to double Nigeria's refining capacity and end the country's fuel imports. The Dangote refinery will also generate foreign exchange for the country through exports and provide raw materials for manufacturing.
