A 26-year-old woman was arrested after a dead male fetus was found on a sidewalk in Flint. The fetus had no signs of life when officers arrived. The woman, who had been pregnant, was arrested the next day after receiving medical treatment at a hospital. The medical examiner estimated the gestational age of the fetus to be 20 to 23 weeks.
