Iranian Female Journalists Face Trial for Reporting on Mahsa Amini's Death and Protests

Two female journalists who reported on the death of Mahsa Amini in Iranian custody have gone on trial before a Revolutionary Court. Niloufar Hamedi and Elaheh Mohammadi have been charged with "collaborating with the hostile US government" and "propaganda against the establishment". Iranian authorities have arrested at least 75 journalists since mass anti-government protests swept across the country in the wake of Ms Amini's death, according to Reporters Without Borders (RSF). Seventeen, including Ms Hamedi and Ms Mohammadi, are still in prison.
