Disney Blocks Star Wars' First F-Bomb in Andor

Disney blocked the use of the first-ever F-bomb in the Star Wars universe during the filming of Andor. Director Benjamin Caron revealed that Maarva Andor's speech to "fight the Empire" originally used a different F-word, but it was changed due to Disney's restrictions. Marvel Breaks PG-13 Barrier with First Uncensored F-Bomb in Upcoming Film.

Marvel Studios' Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will feature the first-ever uncensored f-bomb in the MCU's 15-year history. Director James Gunn confirmed that in the version of the film that will be screened in theaters, audiences will hear the whole word, in full and uncensored. While the Motion Picture Association of America often only allows PG-13 movies a single f-bomb, Marvel Studios typically aims for a PG-13 rating for most of their films. Deadpool 3, however, will have an R-rating and will feature plenty of cursing.
