SpaceX plans to launch a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base on Tuesday at 3:20 p.m. as part of the ESA EarthCARE mission. The launch may produce a sonic boom heard in nearby counties. If weather conditions are unfavorable, a backup launch is scheduled for Wednesday. The event can be streamed online 15 minutes before liftoff.
