Polestar plans a wagon-like variant of its best-selling Polestar 4, debuting this year and built in South Korea, with deliveries in Q4; the move fits a strategy to launch four new EVs by 2028 and broaden the lineup, potentially expanding the U.S. audience though US availability remains unconfirmed.
Volkswagen introduces the ID.7 GTX Tourer, its most powerful production wagon with 335 hp from dual electric motors, all-wheel drive, and a towing capacity of 3,086 pounds. Equipped with an 86.0-kilowatt-hour battery, it can be charged at up to 200 kilowatts using DC, offering a range likely less than the rear-wheel-drive model's 426 miles. The sportier-looking electric wagon features 20-inch alloys, red accents, and GTX logos, while maintaining the same cargo capacity as the standard ID.7 Tourer. Unfortunately, it won't be available in the US, with sales starting in Europe this spring.
