O-Ku, a new restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine, will open in downtown Greenville, South Carolina on Friday. Owned by the Indigo Road Hospitality Group, O-Ku has been successful in other cities such as Charleston, Nashville, and Charlotte. The restaurant offers a daily selection of fresh fish flown in from around the world. Reservations can be made starting today. Another new restaurant, Indaco, a modern Italian eatery, is already open in the same area, serving woodfire pizza and handmade pasta.
