Intel's Arc GPUs: Improved DX11 Performance, Bundled Games, and Game-Changing Tools
Intel has released new graphics drivers that improve DirectX 11 performance by nearly 20% on its Arc Alchemist graphics cards. The company has been focusing on improving its DX9 and DX11 implementations to address the weakness of its dedicated graphics card lineup. The new drivers show significant benefits, with games like League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2, and Overwatch 2 experiencing notable frame rate improvements. Intel has also introduced a beta version of its benchmarking tool, PresentMon, which provides users with more detailed performance metrics. Additionally, Intel is offering free copies of Assassin's Creed Mirage and Nightingale with the purchase of Arc GPUs or 12th and 13th-generation Intel processors.
