"Friday the 13th: The Game to be Delisted and Unavailable for Purchase Soon"

Publisher Gun Interactive has announced that Friday the 13th: The Game will no longer be available to buy after this year due to the expiration of the Friday the 13th license, but the game will be playable until at least the end of next year. The online servers were shut down nearly three years ago, so the only options of play are online via peer-to-peer matchmaking or by playing an offline match using bots. Gun reduced the base game's price to just $4.99, and each piece of DLC content has been discounted to just $0.99 until the game is removed from storefronts at the end of the year.
