Bruce Springsteen's Tour Postponed Due to Health Condition: What Fans Should Know
Originally Published 2 years ago — by Fox News

Bruce Springsteen has postponed his worldwide tour to continue recovering from peptic ulcer disease, a digestive condition that causes the wearing away of the lining of the stomach and/or small intestine. The disease is commonly associated with a bacterial infection called H. pylori or the use of NSAIDs. Symptoms include burning abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and bleeding. Treatment involves identifying the cause and treating with acid-reducing medication and antibiotics if necessary. Springsteen will continue treatment through the rest of the year and plans to resume his tour next year.
