Advancements in Quantum Computing: Quality Control, Enhanced Devices, and Reliable Protocols
Physicists at Freie Universität Berlin have developed a series of quality control tests for quantum computers. These tests involve implementing random circuits and analyzing the measurement results to assess the performance of quantum gates, identify interference factors, and detect unintended interactions. The research aims to address the vulnerability of quantum computers to environmental interference and ensure the reliability of their computational power. The findings provide a basis for future verification methods and the development of economically and scientifically beneficial quantum technologies.
