Mike Peterson, a custodian-turned-substitute teacher at Plymouth Middle School in Minnesota, was honored by "Good Morning America" during Teacher Appreciation Week. The funeral of Mike Hill, a 61-year-old custodian who was killed in the Nashville elementary school shooting, was held on Tuesday.
