Chandrababu Naidu granted regular bail in skill development scam case
Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party president, Chandrababu Naidu, has been granted regular bail by the state high court in the alleged Rs 371 crore skill development corporation scam. The court converted his four-week interim bail into regular bail, stating that there was no evidence of Naidu interfering with the investigation during the one year and ten months since the case was registered. However, the court did not give him a clean chit, and conditions restricting his public comments and activities related to the case will be relaxed from November 29.
