Seattle artist Danielle Oyster, also known as Bunky, was randomly attacked by three people in Cal Anderson Park, leaving her with severe injuries and a flesh-eating bacterial infection. She was hit with a rock and fists, robbed, and left unconscious before waking up at Harborview Medical Center. Oyster has undergone surgery and faces a long road to recovery, hoping to save her eye and return to her art. She has spoken out to warn other women to stay alert and has set up a GoFundMe for medical expenses.
