"Jazz Fest 2023: Food, Schedule, and Cashless Payments"
The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival has announced its food vendors for the 2023 event, with many returning favorites and some new additions. Notably absent is Panorama Foods, maker of the popular crawfish bread, which bowed out after 35 years. The festival will also be going cashless this year. One vendor missing will be Jamila's Café, while Palmer's Jamaican Cuisine will return after missing the 2022 festival. Some vendors cited pandemic risk, food costs, staffing, and logistical issues for their absence.
