Blood Test Reverses Alzheimer’s Diagnosis for Former DU Chancellor
Former University of Denver chancellor Rebecca Chopp was diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment due to Alzheimer's in 2019 and stepped down to protect her work, but years later a newer blood biomarker test (PrecivityAD2) and updated assessments showed little amyloid or tau, leading doctors to conclude she no longer had the disease.
