Alligator Found Eating Missing Woman's Body in Clear Lake Bayou

The body of a missing woman was found in the jaws of an alligator in Clear Lake, Texas. Houston police discovered the remains while searching for the woman and fatally shot the alligator to prevent further damage to the body. The cause of death is still undetermined, and an autopsy will be conducted. Fatal alligator attacks are rare in Texas, with the last one occurring in 2015.
