YouTuber Zack Nelson, known as JerryRigEverything, has accused phone case company Casetify of copying his Teardown line of cases, which feature designs resembling the internal components of devices. Nelson discovered that Casetify's cases had similarities to his designs, including inside jokes and Easter eggs. While Casetify attempted to remove some of the Easter eggs, Nelson claims that they can still be found in scans of the brand's work. The YouTuber plans to provide updates on the case through his YouTube channel.

Casetify is launching a new series of accessories for Apple devices based on the popular anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion. The collection includes iPhone cases, AirPods Pro cases, Apple Watch bands, and MagSafe chargers, all featuring designs inspired by the show.
