April Sees First U.S. Home Price Drop Since 2012: Case Shiller
US home prices measured by Case-Shiller indexes fell nationally from year-ago levels for the first time since 2012, but seasonally adjusted prices picked up strongly from the month prior, suggesting that the worst of the home-price reset is over.
