New Antidote Quickly Cleans Blood of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning
Researchers have developed the first rapid-acting antidote for carbon monoxide poisoning, a protein-based therapy called RcoM-HBD-CCC that quickly removes CO from the blood, potentially transforming emergency treatment and reducing long-term damage caused by CO exposure.
