King Charles III has chosen a 'Coronation Quiche' featuring spinach, broad beans, and tarragon as the official dish to celebrate his coronation. The recipe was developed by the Royal Chef Mark Flanagan and can be easily adapted to suit individual tastes and diets. Quiche was chosen as it is a good sharing dish and can be served hot or cold. The dish is hoped to be served at the 'Big Lunches' being held in communities up and down the country over the Coronation weekend of May 6-8.
